Blue Opalized Petrified Wood Slab

This slab is a large piece of blue opalized petrified wood from Indonesia. This is a rare material that makes gorgeous cabochons. The outdoor picture is photographed wet and the indoor picture is photographed dry. There are some cracks in the bark portion of the petrified wood but these can be worked around. Of note, we have not needed to stabilize the material that we've cut so far.
